  • How can we schedule a tour?

    We would love to schedule a tour of the venue for you! You can email us at info@thevenueatwarmsprings.com to schedule a tour. Tours are by appointment only.

  • What is included in the price?

    These rates include use of the facilities, white resin folding chairs for 150 guests, tables and linens. A venue staff member will be onsite during your event.

  • Is a security deposit required?

    Yes, we require a $1,000 security deposit for weddings.

  • Are there any extra fees?

    The only fee not included is event insurance which we do require.  We require a 2,000,000 policy.

  • What happens in case of inclement weather?

    In case of inclement weather, the wedding could be held in the chapel which is fully enclosed.

  • Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

    The Venue does provide a “preferred vendor list” only for the convenience of the couple, and under no circumstances does the provision of such a list verify, guarantee, endorse, certify, or affirm the quality of the services therein provided by said vendors.

  • Can we serve our own alcohol?

    You and your guests are welcome to celebrate with beer, wine and champagne served by a by a bartender who has the required licenses and insurance.  We do not allow hard liquor to be served onsite. 


    All bartenders must be approved by the City of Warm Springs.  It is the client's responsibility to turn in the required documents to the city in order to obtain approval.  

  • Can we choose our caterer?

    We are excited to work with any caterer of your choosing that is licensed and has liability insurance.  We have a vendor agreement we require them to sign before your event.

  • How do I reserve a date?

    You can email us at info@thevenueatwarmsprings.com your preferred date and a list of alternate dates in order of preference.  We will email you to let you know which dates are available and a copy of the contract.  A retainer fee of 50% and the signed contract are required to reserve your date.  The final payment is due 90 days prior to the event.  The security deposit is due 90 days prior to the event.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    For the initial payment, we can accept checks, Visa or Mastercard but there will be a 3% processing fee for credit card payments. There will be a $50 fee for any returned checks. The final payment and security deposit must be made using certified funds.
