The Venue includes an enclosed 2,200 square foot chapel, men’s and women’s restrooms, a prep kitchen and a groom’s suite. Attached to the event space is a covered 2,400 square foot porch. There is also a separate 800 square foot bridal suite. The venue can accommodate 150 total guests. Weddings can be held at the outdoor ceremony site or in the fully enclosed chapel.

How can we schedule a tour?

We would love to schedule a tour of the venue for you! Just give us a call at 706-975-1747 Monday- Friday between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. You can also email us at info@thevenueatwarmsprings.com. Tours are by appointment only.

What is included in the price?

These rates include use of the facilities, white resin folding chairs for 150 guests, tables and linens. You also have access to borrow any of our décor. A venue staff member will be onsite during your event.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, we require a $1,000 security deposit for weddings.

Can we serve our own alcohol?

You and your guests are welcome to celebrate with beer, wine and champagne served by a bartender with a liquor license. We do not allow hard liquor to be served onsite.

Can we choose our caterer?

We are excited to work with any caterer of your choosing that is licensed and has liability insurance. We have a vendor agreement we require them to sign before your event.

How do I reserve a date?

You can email us at info@thevenueatwarmsprings.com your preferred date and a list of alternate dates in order of preference.  We will email you to let you know which dates are available and a copy of the contract.  A retainer fee of 50% and the signed contract are required to reserve your date.  The final payment is due 90 days prior to the event.  The security deposit is due 90 days prior to the event.
